THE ASK:
Connecticut Public commissioned MediaVision Creative to produce an original two-part broadcast documentary called Harmonies for Healing. Part of MediaVision Creative’s deliverables package was to provide a trailer for promoting the show to help build an audience for it’s broadcast premiere and repeated airings. The documentary we conceptualized, and produced was cleared in over 75% of the public media stations throughout the country.
CREATIVE SOLUTION:
We created an attention grabbing promo utilizing the multi-camera 4K footage our crews shot on location for the documentary, combined with compelling text on screen motion graphics and sound design. We scripted the powerful motion graphics to tell the story of why the documentary was being created…to showcase that music unites us all and can provide common ground for positive change in the world.
